I visited your store yesterday (travelling from Devizes in Wiltshire) and entered after crossing from West Quay. I was looking for Menswear and there were no signs and I could only see womenswear about me. I went upstairs only to be told that Menswear is downstairs. I was not at all impressed by the signing in the store.

Shocking service,went on 23rd October for lunch.Food was cold and uncooked,tray it was served on was filthy.Tried to email a complaint to be told BHS don't own the restaurants!!! Anyone know who I can complain to? I want my money back!

We visit for coffee or lunch every couple of weeks and have found the staff always friendly and helpful . The drinks and food in the downstairs cafe where we sit is usually good.
I would like to point out that I am disapointed with the cleanliness and comfort of the cafe. The inadequate seating is terribly shabby and usually covered with crumbs etc. The cafe is usually busy so I can't understand why it has been neglected over the last couple of years?

I met a friend in your restaurant yesterday for coffe/tea. I couldn't find one cup that wasn't stained. I think someone really should look at this
