I am truly amazed at the previous rating for this chemist (2 star). I have been using this chemist for a number of years and found them to be courteous , very efficient and totally reliable in all they undertake. My repeat prescriptions have always been activated promptly and delivered to my home, even if they have been urgent and requested in short time from my GP. In the real world, we all make the odd mistake, but I must say that should this occur (remotely) then this chemist is very efficient to rectify
the cause.

Like many pharmacies Fisk have lost their way since becoming part of the Day-Lewis chain. The customer is king & after several mistakes I chose to move my regular repeat prescription business, - to a pharmacy who understand that their business lives or dies by customer satisfaction.
