Buyer Beware! Has anybody else had any dealings with Liberty Kitchens & Bathrooms in Salisbury Road Totton? In my case, they insisted on full payment in advance then claimed they were unable to supply a white bathroom cabinet leaving me to find one and arrange to have it fitted. I’m reporting their “take the money and run” approach to the local Trading Standards so please feel free to contact me privately if you’ve had a similar experience with this “taking a liberty” bunch of cowboys.

Just had a bathroom fitted and I am delighted with it. It is exactly what I hoped for and, with the expertise of the fitters, any little snags where quickly resolved.
The work was done within the time scheduled (I am still waiting for the bath panel to complete my bathroom - my fault as I could not decide on which colour panel I wanted) but once that is done it will be perfect.
The fitters cleaned up at the end of each day and always kept me informed
at each stage and checked with me to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it.
Delighted!

I have had a 'disabled bathroom' fitted by this company. It is not fit for purpose - so many problems. Company aware of my disabilities, but not taken into consideration. No plan given - I, unfortunately. trusted the owner of the company. I am taking this matter further and would definately not recommend Liberty Kitchens in any way. Definately 'BUYER BEWARE'! Do not pay until you are completely satisfied with any installation. Insist on a plan and details of all costs.
