I've had an amazing experience with valentinos. I got a high life voucher which included a hair cut and hi lights and the appointment was booked a few days prior to the vouchers expiry date. Anyway I am heavily pregnant and had a scare where by I thought I was in labour on the day of the appointment. I called valentinos and they happily agreed to extend my voucher for as long as I needed. Which I was very grateful for.
When I came in to my appointment today I was seen by a lovely friendly hairdresser who I think was called Sam and she not only cut and coloured my hair the best I have ever had cut but she took extra care and advised me well ??

The hairdresser dyed my roots the my natural hair colour! Went in with black hair on the roots, brown at the ends, came out looking exactly the same! Then tried to blame it on me by saying she asked if I wanted to "match my root colour".
Also went with a Groupon voucher and she kept looking down at me by repeating what the voucher doesn't include. Never going back again and am requesting a refund from Groupon!

I bought this voucher from Groupon the hairdressers were really friendly but unfortunately the t section they did was terrible it looks quite ginger in places at the time my grandaughter kept saying that it looked ginger but said she was joking but she wasn't but now when I look at it, it's as if it's not been colored at all. And the cut is uneven. Suffice to say I won't be returning.

Worst haircut I've ever had.
Towels smelt like wet dog. Hairdressers talking about the rubbish out the back and the infestation of ants.
My hair has been hacked into and not cut the way I requested.
Another lady was getting her hair coloured for her wedding and ended up with a burning scalp and bright white hair. She left without even getting her hair dryed / styled.
I would never return here again and I will be making a complaint to groupon where I made this purchase.
