Most definitely the worst company I or more family/ and fellow uni students have ever had to deal with. Horrendous and rude customer service, and will attempt to retain your deposit as best as possible. Their attitude is different from before and after contract signing. Their massive money grabbers who target uni students as easy money. unfortunately 1 star is the least im allowed to give

Very bad service given by Cryers. Reported a problem for the second time of Mould growing on the wall in the bedroom which is a serious health hazard - was told the landlord had been contacted and Cryers had asked that they were informed once the problem had been rectified. My son came home for the Easter holidays and returned three weeks later only to find nothing had been done whatsoever and the mould had got far worse. Obviously Cryers were aware of this as the landlord had not contacted them to say the problem had been sorted - surely as the letting agent they should be following through any complaints of this nature? Needless to say Cryers most unhelpful when seeking compensation from the landlord! Shall be taking this matter further.

Disgusting customer service and all-round terrible agency. Damp throughout the house, mildew present, someone came round and put a sticker on the boiler saying do not use due to a smell of gas therefore we have been living without heating for a month in November!!! Holes present in the kitchen ceiling, and Cryers have been told of these since I moved in (over 2 months ago).
I recommend no one use Cryers, all they care about is your money, absolutely useless and one of the worst companies I have ever seen.
Stay well clear! Dreadful.

Broken bed, broken oven, both showers leaking and causing damp. Problems reported over four months ago and they've done nothing. On the whole, their staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Once they have your money they're not interested in you at all, would recommend both students and landlords leave well alone.
