I was very please with Direct Carpets who have move to No 2 Shirley Avenue SO15 5NG and the Staff were very good and did not preasure me to buy. I looked around and spoke to George He was very Helpful and gave me a quote Then a few days later I went back in and saw someone else who was also very Helpful and told me the carpet fitters would come on Tuesday 13th Febuary Which they did.. Lee and Ben were very good and pleasent I would recoment Direct Carpets to everyone who need a carpet or flooring

If you need carpets or lino dont shop around as you'll find no better.Just go to Carpets direct. The staff are lovely, really friendly and informative, taking the stress out of everything. They have the most competitive prices and really quick fitting. We are extremely happy with the end result and the price beat all competitors.Super professional finish and top rate service. Will always shop with carpet direct. Well done guys and many grateful thanks!

Ken and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We have a farmhouse which required a well thought through plan to best use the carpet to avoid wastage.
He was able to advise us on which carpet would work best as our original choice wouldn't have joined neatly. He gave us a very competitive price, easily beating the big brands like Carpet Right and ScS.
The fitters arrived on the agreed date and 30 minutes early, ready to get the job done. Andy was a true gentleman and an accomplished professional. His work speaks for itself. The carpets were beautifully fitted, and have really brought the house together after its renovation.
My girlfriend and I were delighted with Direct Carpets. They came recommended to us, and we would always recommend them on again to anyone.

Appalling service and not what was expected. Slow to fit despite repeated promises. Would strongly suggest you buy elsewhere. Or be prepared for a long wait and ill fitted carpets.

Great service and good prices. Have had 5 rooms in my house done by them and am very happy. Skirting boards were left unmarked and carpet fitted well. Their customer service is very good and there is very little wait between choosing your carpet and having it fitted. I would recommend !
