Rude service from start to finish. Had to wait 2 hours. Phoned after 90 minutes and the lady said its on its way and slammed the phone down then when the food arrived after 2 hours the man banged on the door waking my baby. The next morning I found chewing gum under my car door handle. Coincidence? The food was old and dry so didn't eat it. Probably spat or done something worse to it.

Best curry sauce I've had from a Chinese the food was so tasty I went back a 2nd night in a row. The food was piping hot very tasty and great portion sizes. The lady in reception was very friendly she also gave my kids a lolly each plus we got a free can of drink free prawn crackers and free samosas.

Having disembarked a ferry too late to find a restaurant where we would be served we spotted Sam's on our way to our hotel (Holiday Inn Express Southampton M27 Jct 7) so stopped and ordered salt and chilli ribs, chicken & chew nuts and crispy chilli beef and were GIVEN FOC prawn crackers, curry samosas and a can of coke; fantastic value at £18.40 but great value for the quality of the food provided. We will definitely be going to Sam's again when overnighting in the area. Thank you for being there when we needed you.

Ordered nearly 30 pounds worth of food, took 45 mins to arrive food was cold all looked the same color , my curry was a stodgy mess congealed blob that looked of nothing, another meal of satay chicken was the same color no veg in it was all thrown in bin, wrote them a letter of complaint never received any acknowledgment back, avoid like the plague waste of money.

Best Chinese around... Usually here within the 45 minute mark and foods always great!! Wouldn't order anywhere else EVER! :D

not even worth the one star, they said it would be delivered up to an hour, didn't arrive for an hour and a half. when it gets here the chips were vile, my husband had to pick a lot of fat off most his meat so hardly ended up with any meat left. I found a nice long grey hair in my curry so put me off eating the rest of it, all in all not worth the money, just wish I ordered pizza instead.

ordered 24 hours in advance , then phoned at 6 pm for the delivery as expected at 8 pm . still sat at 8:25 no food phoned and heard we are busy tell them we are cooking it . absolutely awful service and never use again . also heard they have rats AVOID AVOID AVOID
