Bought a scooter from them and helmet jacket and gloves, all seemed fine as we bought the scooter unregistered. But we struggled to get it registered probably our fault but we didn't get much help from them and then they closed, so we couldn't go to them for after sales. Then when the bike wouldn't work we were screwed as we couldn't get any parts because it was a Chinese bike. Lucky after alot of searching we got the parts and fixed it. I wouldn't buy another Chinese bike as they come with alot of problems we found and the shop disappeared or went bust.

Had a brand new chain fitted and a service, paid over 250 pounds. Two months later the chain fell off while bike was being ridden. Caused my partner to fall off, the chain buckled in back wheel causing major damage to bike and broke the sprockets. This could have been a fatal accident. When the brekdown cover came, the man said there was no way the chain was only two months old, he said they had fitted us an old chain, no wonder it streched and fell off! Frauds!!!!! Took it in to compain... And I'm not surprised they have closed down!!!!!

To be honest, with a service i recieved at Southampton Premier Motorcycles, its not even worth a star. The staff were unreliable, numerously told lies and there customer service is awful. They cant keep up with sorting out services dates, my headlamp blew and they fitted in a 55w blub when it was meant to be a 35w blub and had to get a new headlamp unit. STILL WAITING ON THE PARTS I ORDERED TWO MONTHS AGO! The one part of the three that i ordered, i received was broken, took it back and got all crappy with me, put the blame on me and again told lies. People are very deluded if they give it a good review, im still surprised that the business is still running, after the bad comments it has received
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND SORT IT OUT!

I would just like to say to anyone wishing to buy a used or new motorcycle NOT to buy from Premier Motorcycles in Woolston, southampton. We bought a brand new bike from them and we have had nothing but problems with the shop, the salesman and the bike. The staff lied to us about numerous issues to do with registering the bike and the bike broke down on the first day we had it. It was also not put together properly and could have caused the rider an accident. This is the most unprofessional shop I have ever come accross!!!
