Be very careful with this place. Should be the last option if you need any repair work. They did repair my Peugeot 3008 for gearbox failure. Two months later car STOP with same problem.
I took my car back to them. They try to make too many stories to cover up the fault and try to convince me that the fault is not related to last time or nothing to do with the work they did on last time.
The man who appear as head of the garage ( I not seen him on my last time ) been very rude on me and try to avoid my questions and dragging the job. Engineer who I met first time was really good and friendly and tried his best to find solutions. But the old chap who looks like boss …??? ( avoid him if you still want to visit this place )
Finally I towed my car to main Peugeot dealer. they advices me that they want to know the type of the fluid used by Shirley car care on my last repair as Peugeot engineers are on doubt that previous repairman may have used wrong fluid which caused the fault again and potentially may cause more damage to the gearbox system.
Shirley car care has not given details of the fluid they used following the telephone inquired of Peugeot engineers. I did send them recorded delivery letter to ask details of fluid but no reply either.
I finally had to spend over £2000 to get my car fixed due to the damages or mistakes that cause by Shirley car care.

This garage has looked after my past 3 Hondas. A great service from the chaps and have never had any problems at with them. Good work. Good prices. Good garage

I found this garage on Google, it turns out i live only 2 seconds round the corner from them. Once i had met the charming staff namely Luke, i was sure that this was the garage for me. I had my BMW booked in for the following day for a master service and air conditioning re-gas, which was actually very cheap considering the time spent on my car. Once i had paid my bill by BACS i had taken my car out for a spin, it felt like a new car. I will definitely be going back to this garage in future. Highly recommend.

I used this garage, when my car needed attention and found the staff helpfull and freindly and would recomed them, they collected and delivered my car at work wich made it very easy for me,the cost was reasonable aswell, well done thanks June.

I bought a car from a dealer who provided me an insurance service through this garage. At the beginning, I had some issues with the breaks that that make very disturbing squeaky noise and required attention. Dave was very helpful in fixing the problems. He checked and cleaned the breaks and that helped eliminating all the noise that he can detected. On the delivery, we realized that everything is fixed except that some small/rare noise still present with the reverse. I thought I could live with it but Dave asked to bring the car back to fix that without further charge. The breaks are now in perfect condition and I really appreciate his help.

Personally, I think Dave is reasonable and realiable. Also, as a new business, I trust that he is trying his best to bring frequent customers to his garage. I also like the delivery part as it was very convenient and it avoided most of the interuption of my work.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT 07/05/2013
We at Shirley Car Care are realley sorry to hear of the bad exsperience that the person with the BMW has had and if any one would like reasurence that this would not happen now, then you can call Les the manager on 02380781128 or Dave on 07864 674 667.
we have fully comprehensive insurance for Road Risk, Employers and Public Liablity also to cover damage that may happen to a customers car.
We hope to be serving the community for years to come where good manners helpfulness and freindly atmosphere are the norm;
