Took a Bosch oven door in with a broken glass front. Inquired if it could be repaired & was met with not very much interest. Was informed that an engineer would call me later that afternoon. I said shall I leave the door with you? No was the reply we will get in touch. This was Monday, it is now Friday evening and I have not heard a word from them. In the mean time I went onto the Bosch website, ordered the replacement glass at a small cost of £27.00 Received it yesterday & replaced it myself today. So thank you Premier you probably saved me a lot of money by being so impolite as to not get back to me. Will never consider recommending you or using you again in any shape or form.

Prompt service but pricing for new dishwasher well over the top. Had to negotiate a refund when I found the on line price at currys.
As an o.a.p. I have to question why they asked £599 for a dishwasher on sale for £379 even allowing for call out and fitting charges.

Unfortunately, having used Premier for a number of repairs, I made the mistake of buying a dishwasher from them. And the even bigger mistake of not getting their promise of an extended warranty on parts and labour in writing at the time. Now they deny all knowledge of it, the salesman who sold it to me has conveniently left the company and I am stuck with a dishwasher that I would never have bought from them if I hadn't had some assurances beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty.
My advice - be careful, get it in writing!

Quick and efficient professional service. Will use again and would definitely recommend. They called out at a time to suit me and explained the problem before asking whether I would like them to carry out the repair! High standard of customer service
