Awful had rootcanals for years, have become fed up with constant root canals asked to be referred, as wanted quicker treatment plan,this didn't happen, I booked for appointment had was handed to a different dentist, and some how that mix up was my fought I now am stuck with a huge hole in my tooth which was ment to be fixed up today, thanks a bunch will not be going g back, and will take this further.

Not a very nice dentist my son and daughter had a bad experience at this dentist both left in pain and said they felt the tooth being taking out my son ended up in a emergency dentist becouse the dentist man gave my son a filling with out taking care of the problem my son ended up with a really bad infection face was so swollen the emergency dentist was not happy and gave my son antibiotics had nearly 2 weeks of school he was on so much pain went back to tell the man what he did wrong he said he will take the filling out and put some new one in my son will never go back to any dentists again they have scared him .my daughter had a tooth ache the dentist said we take it out pain go away he put the needle to nomb the tooth said to wait out side in waiting room my daughter was to scare to go back in so said we can go home tge nurse cone to see if she ok I said no she's scars the nurse said it be ok be very quick so my daughter went back in had her tooth out well half of it left in becouse she moved becouse she said she felt him pull the tooth I said she felt that he said no she felt the presure of the pull as we went she said no mum I felt pain I was so angry that both my children gave had the same experience makes me so upset .they are so scared to go to a dentist now becouse of that horible man and nurses he should be closed .so many people have said that they have had bad experience with that dentist but still he still caring on as usual.

I had an emergency and my usual dentist was 200 miles away. Called UDP; they got me in a chair and stabilised in 2 hours. The dentist was an older man, minimalist, has seen everything before, took decisive action and immediately controlled what pain I had. The problem will need up to 4 visits to fix properly. When I walked out there was no pain and I could eat OK.
Money wise, he explained the ££ of the options, I made a choice. Got an itemised bill.
2nd visit was less comfortable (had to go deeper) but again he controlled pain immediately. Further visits still necessary...
Waiting time was about 15 mins both of my visits.
I was pleased and, so far, satisfied with the service.

I have been a patient with this dentist for many years now and have "ALWAYS" had a sympathetic and understanding experience when dealing with the staff, dentist and hygienist. I would highly recommended this practise to anybody.

this is a very good dental practice
its very modern and a nice place
staff are all great and very helpful
and dr Ansari is very helpful in the advice he gives you

On their website, it also says you will receive a breakdown of costs and treatment plan. I did not receive any of this, would have much appreciated it. Rather than being expected to pay money for awful service at the end.

I joined the dentist as a student of the university, on my first appointment I was left waiting for over 40 minutes. I received acknowledgment from only one member of staff, a member of staff (I assume dental nurse) kept walking past me with no care to how I was or when my appointment was. After a ridiculous check up I was then charged £18 for awful service, I left feeling upset as the dental nurse was being rude and the actual dentist didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. The only good member of staff there was the receptionist who was at least trying to offer help. I will not be returning there other then to get my refund.

Had a lovley visit to the debris they were very helpfull and kind. I'm very nervous and they make me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would recommend it to anyone.
