This store, the owner, flout all the rules.
They should be closed down and Trading Standards need to get involved and do their job instead of passing it to the customer to do.
The merchandise is sub standard, the poorest of quality which will become obvious once you have worn once and washed!

Dreadful quality- really cheap and tatty. Don’t bother. There is no customer service. This shop is an embarrassment to the Maryland’s Shopping Centre.

Rubbish clothing, rude and unhelpful assistant. Cheap and decidedly uncheerful. Customer service is something which only happens in other shops, apparently. Obvious faults shrugged off, legal rights to refund denied. How can they get away with this??

Terrible service. The clothes in this shop are down market quality which is OK if you want to wear things once and throw them away but if they have a fault, then you've lost all your cash as the guy just aint interested. I reported him to trading standards.
