We cruise from Southampton twice a year, our car is parked in Eastleigh and we use Aero Taxis to transport me and my wife to the cruise ship, in the past 5 years Aero have never disappointed us, always on time, polite and courteous drivers. 05-12-19

I needed a taxi to take me from Bournemouth to Southampton and back, as I was having eye surgery and couldn't drive afterwards. The price with Aero Taxis was less than anywhere else and the service was excellent. In spite of not being able to give them a definite time to collect me from Optimax surgery, they were there 5 minutes after my phone call. I was very impressed. 05-06-18

Very poor, had a price for a return journey confirmed in writing 6 weeks before our trip only to receive an email a few days before saying the price had altered an now they wanted more money. Same scam that I've come across before, seems to be becoming common place, they leave it until the last minute thinking you'll just have to agree as there is such short notice. DO NOT USE this company, there are plenty of others out there but be aware that even a price in black and white seems to mean nothing. 15-12-15

Was given a good competitive quote for airport return journey so booked it and got it confirmed by email only to be contacted a few days before departure to be told that the quote was wrong and they wanted an extra £40 for the booking . Not giving you much time to look elsewhere for better quotes I presume most people would panic and agree to the extra , however I didn't and found a better deal elsewhere . On speaking to a person about this they said they also had the same happen to them with this company but did pay the extra . BEWARE ! 15-12-15

Very descent Aero Taxis service, I use to reach to my salon daily from eastern down side New town to Southampton Kent road, I use to take the taxi service from Aero Taxis, they are very good taxi service provider in Southampton. 12-03-14
