Terrible terrible people to be with, fake show of being good. This agency is the definition of being fraud at next level. My advice don’t even enter their shop. I am one of the tenant. They wont repair any thing like if your boiler goes off for months or even year, what’s worst they would blame you for it. First impression of them would be extremely polite but don’t let it make an opinion. PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE ANY TRANSACTION WITH THEM MAKE NOTE OF IT, THEY ARE AMAZING AT DENYING. AND PLEASE DO GO IF YOU WANT TO DESTROY YOUR CREDIT SCORE BECAUSE THEY WILL KEEP ON TELLING AGENCIES THAT YOU HAVE RENTS DUE EVEN IF YOU HAVE CLEARED THEM.
