I am unhappy with the treatment and unprofessional manner provided by Eliza.I got laser hair removal and I was originally advised that the results would come after eight treatments but Eliza is now saying that everyone’s hair are different and she couldn’t guarantee it clears all the hair.Had I known this I would not have spent over £1,200 on the service.I have tried to resolve this with Eliza but she completely ignored me. I am very disappointed with the procedure provided by her and I think it’s a waste of money as the laser treatments haven’t eliminated the hair in the treated area, haven’t even reduced it! As soon as I finished the treatments I went to Eliza’s salon to get explanation on the service provided.She quickly become very defensive about and said it would be fine after a couple more treatments as my hair are thick and strong, why she didn’t say that at the first time.How can I know that another treatments are going to eliminate the problem.When I said that I’m not happy with her procedure she become very angry, raised her voice telling me that I had wasted her time and why was I there!!! She expected me to take more treatments but when I explained that I only want to fix what she’s done wrongly she started to be rude and wouldn’t let me explain anything else.She behaved unprofessionally saying to get out as she is busy and has another client waiting outside the door.
I wouldn’t recommend this salon for any treatment.For the future I’ll be more careful with research and reading the reviews before I go ahead with anything like this!!!!
