I am very unhappy with the treatment and unprofessional manner in which my concerns were dealt with by Eliza, as anyone would agree £385 is a lot of money which I was willing to spend on semi permanent eyebrows to last 12 months before a touch up, at least! After the first treatment they completely disappeared after a week, I wasn't given any aftercare advise other than not to put anything on them but later researched and found that every after care advice states you must moisturize them everyday while they heal, I was quite worried about this and spoke with Eliza on the phone which she quickly became very defensive about and explained it would be fine after the second treatment, after the second treatment they seemed to scab a lot more and after they finally healed I've been left with a greyish faded line which I am now having to pencil over! I tried to call her numerous times with no reply, she finally txt me saying she was away and to call her when she got back?! after a lot more chasing she found a time on a Monday which is my only day off to see me, I arrived there and explained I wouldn't be there to receive any more treatment but wanted her to just look at them as I didn't feel comfortable, she became very angry telling me I had wasted her time and why was I there?! she wouldn't let me explain anything to her at all before she proceeded to tell me to get out while her next client was waiting right outside the door, I would not recommend coming to this salon for any treatments by Eliza, this has been a lesson that you must research more and read reviews before you go ahead with anything like this.
