Very nervous of having my long hair cut short but initial consultation at Strands with hairdresser Sam put me at my ease. On the day of the cut he went over again what we had both agreed at the consultation would be the best styling for my fine hair and the fact that a strand test had proved that my dark hair was not yet ready for lighter streaks. His attention to detail when styling my hair made me sure I had chosen the right hairstylist. When I left I was so pleased with my new hairstyle and so glad I had it cut. Definitely going to Strands again when it needs a trim. Well done Sam.
