Absolutely attrocious company - we are owed a months rent from September and have removed our property from them (that did not stop them having a lock changed without permission!) Now we are still awaiting the deposit. They have been reported to the Ombudsman over that. Impossible to contact Whitehead, Luan (Accounts) never seems to be in. We were with them for a number of years and only in the first few months did we get payment on time. Whitehead filed for CVA in September but did not complete the process of registration. Whitehead has been, or is a Director of numerous companies in the rental field! We would love to hear a response from him but quite sure that will not happen either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY All sufferers with this company should band together
