Please contact Sue McLoed at Southampton Trading Standards as they are putting together a case against him. The more people giving statements the stronger the case will be. I wouldn't bother with small claims court as the debt is against the company which will be struck off soon if it hasn't already. Trading Standards are trying to bring a case to prosecute him. Fairly certain no one is getting any money back as he's spent it but we can make sure he's not able to become a director of another company and repeat this.
