Hello, I am very devastated the way cleaner manager treats employees in Marlands-Southampton ASDA. she's very unprofessional and rarely at work. Shes only in when asda commission turns up. Employees don't have breaks half an hour breaks or even an hour. They work quite long hours. 10-14 hours a day which is shocking. sometimes staff finish work late, 10pm and start 6am in the morning which is illegal.. Please investigate the issue.
