went to have a haircut as they have their 8 pounds promotion haircut. was then asked whether i wanted a wash and i said yes thinking it was inclusive. apparently not. a 5 minutes wash cost me an extra 4 pounds so in total i had to pay 12 pounds. it would have been nice if i was informed that the wash was an additional 4 pounds, To top things off the haircut was BAD. i even showed stylist the picture of the type of cut i wanted and when he was done the cut ha gave let alone the hairstyle he did for me was nothing like in the picture. This would be my last visit to this place!
