Awful. avoid at all costs. i contacted them to repair a dishwasher. the engineer never turned up and when i called the shop i was fobbed of that he must be out on other jobs. i asked if he could contact me later but i never received a call. Despite this, a few months later i contacted them to repair an oven. I decided to give them another go as they are very local to me. The engineer called me on the day of the booking and i thought it would be to inform me exactly of the time he will be coming. He in fact wanted me to "run tests" on the oven as he talked me through it over the phone so that he could decide if its worth his time to come out. I did as he asked or as much as i could despite i having no experience. He said he would call me back to arrange a time to fix as he had to go out now. no call was ever received. Please avoid at all costs
