I am a single mother with little to no knowledge of cars, just that I need the best for my money and that it needs to be reliable. I had several bad experiences with other dealers, one which I am still proceeding through the courts with, so I was on guard for future car purchases.
I have to say that I was so pleasantly surprised with the service from we sell small cars. they were able to show me the car at my home address, allowed me to talk through my needs and requirements, took a test drive and helped me with all the paperwork including warranty. I have had my car a year now and didn't provide feedback straight away knowing that often looks can be deceiving and issues arise over time. However, a year down the line, my car has just flown through its MOT again and I am delighted. I had the contact detail of the sellers so I could have raised issues if any had occurred but they quality of the car stands for itself. Natasha was brilliant and highly knowledgeable in what can be a very intimidating 'classically male' arena. She allowed me to ask any questions and reassured me at all times.
I would highly recommend and would use this company in future.
