I have used TGL for many years and have never experienced what these one star reviewers are describing. The Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help me make a decision on what I want and what to have written on it. Even when they are busy the staff have given me a first class service. There are not many shops left where you can get a personal one to one from start to finish with a member of staff. The quality of the work has always been very good, all done by hand, and everyone I have brought for has loved the items and the personalised touch. I recommend this shop to all of my friends (most of them have had something from here too!)
