I recently broke a very sentimental twenty-year-old glass, originally provided by The Glass Lady in Southampton. Whilst finding their number online, I stumbled across this site and was dismayed to read the poor reviews. It didn't sound like the setup that I remembered. This was not the only item we had bought from them, for probably ten years in succession I would buy something engraved at Christmas. Despite the reviews, I have been back this week and it was exactly the same as I remembered. Polite staff, skilled work and beautiful presentation. I would recommend them to anybody.
