A very comfortable experience .. Dealing with Platinum was a pleasure from start to finish. When I had business trip to the US planned and needed Airport drop off and collection I decided that dragging a member of the family out to do it was a little unfair. Platinum were not only on time in both directions but there was also just the right amount of friendly conversation and banter during the trips to make them fly by. The price was very reasonable too! Can't recommend highly enough !!
