Dishonest and corrupt. Andrew Whitehead, main mover in this awful operation, has a series of failed directorships to his name. I see that he has now set up in Southampton again, and I advise anyone who is tempted to do business with The Flat Agency to take the better option of ripping up their money and throwing it down the toilet. You'll get a better return than Whitehead will give you. Whitehead appears to have no consience over retaining deposits, failing to pass on rental due and standing up to his own failings. Avoid like the plague.
