Bought an amp off them once that was damaged when I received it. They wanted me to pay for the cost of the return and only relented when I got trading standards involved. They then took over a month to refund me for the amp and only did so as I got Sagepay involved (who were great). Simply terrible customer service. It is a shame as they clearly stock some great stuff but it is not worth the hassle if there is a problem so I take my custom elsewhere. This was a couple of years ago - I'm only writing this review now as a friend recently wanted to buy a custom shop tele from them and I advised him not to which reminded me it might be worth warning others.
