Very Disappointed with Southampton Shop, after arranging collection and waiting 3 weeks I was left a message the day before on home phone while at work to say that they where not going to collect. After arranging the collection I had phoned on a least four occasions to give them an update of items for collection.The last occasion was only two days prior to the arranged date, at no point did anyone inform me that they would be unable to collect. Having taken a day off to work to give them access I was not happy, when I phoned Southampton to complain they said there was nothing they could do and to phone Eastleigh Store who are not yet open.
