Absolutely delighted with the flowers ordered late yesterday. Unfortunately they were not in when delivery attempted twice, phone number was left to call and they went to the shop to collect them. Thank you so much for your excellent service, I know that you had trouble hearing as my phone kept breaking up and my accent was hard to understand but you kept with it and done a fantastic bouquet ??. Thank you so much.
