Southampton Shuropdy allowed me to renew my 6 month payment plan last year, 2023. They then shut the shop. The accounts office said they would refund me. Despite ringing monthly nothing has happened. Today the telephone line had been cut off. What a dreadful way to treat anybody. Let alone a disabled, diabetic customer.
