Not happy I went in the surgery to pick a hospital letter up for my mum which they told me would be waiting for me, half an hour later I'm still waiting, I asked to see a doctor about the lump that's come up on her nose and they said to ring the hospital, when you ring the hospital you get a service to cancel an appointment or change it, not to speak to any doctors there... Her appointment is not until March, 2026... Absolute joke!!
