I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE CASHIER TODAY!! This is NOT the first time that some of the cashiers have been IMPOLITE!! Today, I could not hold back my anger anymore!!! THE assigned cashier was so rude and has always been rude to me, and I have always just shrugged it off! But today, I just COULDN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE! I did not get the cashier’s name, but I completely lost my temper today!!!!
The cashier even asked me, “DO YOU UNDERSTAND ENGLISH?!” Simply because I misheard him!!!!! He was SO rude!!!!
I had a parcel that I could not find, so I went outside to check my Vinted account again because my phone does not have a signal inside the store. I went back to the cashier and showed him my phone, explaining that the parcel message clearly said that I needed to show the code to the store. The cashier then started to become irritated because I had not shown him the code or the message earlier! He sounded angry and upset and made me feel like he was BLAMING ME!!!!
I have been here in the UK for almost 2 years, and I have NEVER experienced this kind of treatment from anyone or in any store!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR CASHIERS!!!!! I hope the store owner sees this review and addresses this kind of behaviour!!!!
