Started with such hope of donating wardrobes of a relative that had died. Told by first driver he wouldn't take them as they hadn't been dismantled. We spent five hours doing so, rearranged another day. Nobody turned up. Rearranged another day to be told by another driver he wouldn't be able to take them as they'd been dismantled??????!!!!!! I went into the shop, quite frustrated by now, having spent time, petrol and many phone calls during a stressful time anyway. I spoke to a Manager who really was lost for words. He promised to contact me to arrange another pick-up. Still waiting to hear ............
