I'm very impressed with my doctor and the level of service provided. However, the automated booking system, whilst a good idea in theory, has several flaws. I recently changed an appointment using this system and was told that the changes were successful. Unfortunately the change wasn't registered and the system says I missed the original appointment. Having explained this to the receptionist over the telephone, I got the impression by her tone of voice that she simply didn't believe me. She also claims that she called me twice to offer me another appointment, both calls I never received and they didn't show up on my phone. It would be useful if the reception team gave their first name when answering the phone and wore name badges as I'm never any the wiser to whom I have spoken to. As for Dr Keng himself, I simply can't fault the man. In my opinion he is an excellent doctor. A great practice, however the automated booking system leaves a lot to be desired. I'd like to praise two of the receptionists and berate a couple of others for their dismissive attitude. Sadly, I'm unable to identify them. Marc White.
