The hairdresser dyed my roots the my natural hair colour! Went in with black hair on the roots, brown at the ends, came out looking exactly the same! Then tried to blame it on me by saying she asked if I wanted to "match my root colour". Also went with a Groupon voucher and she kept looking down at me by repeating what the voucher doesn't include. Never going back again and am requesting a refund from Groupon!
