We were absolutely delighted with the wonderful customer service Nick provided from the very outset. It was truly first class! Nick drove our daughter and friend to their school prom and was wonderful. His attention to detail from our first phone call to him was meticulous with his concern about timings being accurate from our home to the venue. Nothing was too much trouble and Nick allowed a generous amount of time for photos at our house and on arrival at the prom itself. He was very understanding and accommodating when we needed to change the timings only a few days before the event. Nick made 2 young people feel very special on an important evening of their lives and we could not have wished for a better service. Our warmest thanks. We would recommend Nick and the fabulous Mercedes unreservedly!
