Quality of food is average - the chips are fine, the batter on the fish is usually a bit soggy. Not enough to stop me going back, but not great either. Nice lady that runs the place. Closes very early. Not sure what their published opening hours are, but I've walked there at 7:45 before, perfectly normal time to nip out to the chippy for a late supper after a job, and found it closed. Not a one-off - whenever I go there it's a tossup whether it'll be open.
