I can only praise and thank the wonderful staff of this shop. When we were in desperate trouble having been let down by our letting agent we went into this shop to ask them if there was any possibility they could come and collect our furniture the next day. Despite the fact the bookings were absolutely full until the next week, after hearing our situation the pleasant and helpful member of staff (who I believe was assistant manager) promised that they would squeeze us in and pick up the furniture. The next day, as promised our furniture was taken by the delivery drivers who were incredibly friendly despite the fact we must have been keeping them late. I can not recommend this store enough and their willingness to go above and beyond to help has, in a very difficult week, restored my faith in people.
