Completely hopeless and incredibly frustrating. I have just spent 30 minutes on line waiting to speak to a human being about a simple account issue and given up in disgust at the wait. I then tried to call my local branch for some action. NO DIRECT LINE ! just another 0845 number sending me around in the same circle. Its unbelievable ! Now reduced to writing to the Branch Manager - for a simple action that would take 30 seconds to fix - if I could get through to a human being !!! Unbloodybelievable. In disgust John Chandler
