I have used this company for a number of lovely products. The last purchase included 4 items. I believe all these items make great, quality presents. However my concern is with the lack of genuine customer service from the staff, Jenny in particular. There is never acknowledgement of returning, loyal customers. She immediately bristles & shows her dislike when something is not to her customers satisfaction. When an order is agreed & paid for, is it not reasonable for the customer to highlight an error without fear of being made to feel uncomfortable. I would like to continue buying from this business but would appreciate the experience being more pleasant. Thank you
