I have been several times now to this salon for a cut and blow dry and have been very happy with the experience. Jason my stylist, is attentive, listens to what I want and I have never had to wait an inappropriate time for attention on arrival. I have never had a hard sell for product, merely suggestions, A previous reviewer complained about her stylists irritating chatter and laugh, can she imagine how boring it must be for these stylists, day in, day out trying to engage with virtual strangers and no doubt frequently having to listen to the drivel we customers probably bore them with. As for salons out of London being no good, my worst Toni and Guy experience was in London!
