Absolutely disgraceful service. I was stupid enough to fall for their smarmy talk twice!!! First time I got a phone on contract with them they took several months to buy my old contract which resulted in me paying two contracts for 3 months.... when I needed a repair on my mobile the boss assured me it was best if they paid off the existing contract and sort me a new phone he absolutely assured me it would be paid within 2 - 3 weeks and I was to take the final bill into the shop for them to pay... I have never received a final bill and once again two contract bills are being taken from my bank each month (although he took my old phone from me) I have been in the shop and just keep getting excuses and he asked me not to cancel the old direct debit for the phone I no longer have because it would upset the arrangement jag have with the contract company........ They are fraudsters
