I had an emergency and my usual dentist was 200 miles away. Called UDP; they got me in a chair and stabilised in 2 hours. The dentist was an older man, minimalist, has seen everything before, took decisive action and immediately controlled what pain I had. The problem will need up to 4 visits to fix properly. When I walked out there was no pain and I could eat OK. Money wise, he explained the ££ of the options, I made a choice. Got an itemised bill. 2nd visit was less comfortable (had to go deeper) but again he controlled pain immediately. Further visits still necessary... Waiting time was about 15 mins both of my visits. I was pleased and, so far, satisfied with the service.
