I used to eat from here regularly. The pasties are average and like all pasties they probably contain high doses of salt. I would think their pasties are simply purchased frozen and heated on site rather than made and baked on site which is what the name suggests. I don't think it's an actual bakery. I think they just buy in, heat up and sell on. The rolls also are average, no better that what you would get in Tesco but made fresh. I have stopped going there now. After popping in once a week for 3 - 4 years I was there recently and I purchased 4 pasties and two rolls which came to £9. I only had £8.70 and asked if it was possible to pay .30p less for the whole lot. To my utter SHOCK a grey haired old woman who I have seen there before said NO that they would only do discounts if it was a couple of pence. I thought .30p was a couple of pence. I was very disappointed that as a regular customer I was turned away like that over pennies and such embarrassment caused. They have lost a customer for life. 2 co office workers who witnessed the insult also agreed they would boycott the place. Pity. Its an average business, if they don't know how to treat their returning customers I really don't hold out much hope for them.
