This company is a waste of time. I arranged a call out for a Wednesday morning and recieved a call at 9:40am that day that the technician had called in sick. I rebooked a call out for first thing the following Monday morning and again recieved a call on that morning at 9:45 stating the technician again called in sick. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional and inefficient company.
