Really bad experience doing business with this. I wish I had read these reviews earlier. I bought quite a few things from this shop. Delivery was late, but I thought they arrived eventually, so it was fine. Then I found out that the freezer does not work, and so does the grill of the cooker. Just thought that I might not know how to operate them. But now I really think that they sold me broken appliances on purpose. 6 months' guarantee? Forget it. They said they'd come over to check "tomorrow", and that "tomorrow" was 2 weeks ago. Now I call them every day for countless times, but they never picked up the phone. I'll go to their shop today, but it's possible that all I can do now is to throw the appliances away.
