Recently moved into the area visited Dibden Purlieu Carpet shop to inquire about suitable floor covering for our bathroom took measurements and was told the fitter would call later that day. No phone call went into the shop again, Sorry he must have forgot, will get him to call you but no phone call again. Went to the shop was given a rough estimate on the back of a business card, but it did not include underlay but was told it would be about £60 so I questioned the amount because it was almost as much as the floor covering. Went to the shop again, he will phone you still waiting, phoned the shop very abrupt lady took our call he will phone you and straight down with the phone. Be advised give this shop a miss extremely bad service not what we expected.
