I had semi permanant eyebrows done. They look good but could have been better.
On the first visit my husband commented "She's rude". I thought it may be her accent, Eastern European.
The second visit was even worse. She had not booked me into her diary, in spite of my saying I had an appointment card written by her, she accused me of getting it wrong in front of everyone in the salon.
Later when I tried to ask a question about how the finish would look she was VERY aggressive. She said "why are looking for problems"? I told her "I'm not, I'm just trying to ask a question". She said she was very stressed because of a problem with a previous customer. I had to tell her to calm down.
Eliza takes a question as a criticism and gets aggressive. It's a shame she is not able to listen to her customers and work with them. She is a rude person with an attitude problem. A consultation is more of a conflict.
Also, Liza came up stairs eating, then before treatment she did not wash her hands, put on a gown or mask and donned only one glove.
I like my eyebrows but will not be going back.
