They wrecked my curtains by cutting off the wrong ends!!! expected me to drive round with my two year old boy to find more!!- which I did to try and help THEM, curtains I had chosen had sold out and so I returned to Dainty Tailors and they offered very little resolve for their mistake and were very rude and laughed as I left the shop. If they go wrong- You lose out. I lost two hours from trying to help THEM and lost the curtains i'd bought! they lost nothing! It's cheaper else where, I thought you pay for quality- not here!! save your time and money and save yourself receiving childish behaviour and being laughed at and go somewhere else!
